About DYGA
Professional experience
Having a professional dance background, has enabled me to have a strong and sensitive understanding of the body in terms of anatomy, alignment and movement execution. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and as a yoga instructor I aim to push students to their individual and maximum capabilities within a safe and coherent manner. Therefore, my classes will depend on the individual(s) and may vary from a Hatha class which is suitable for beginners to a more Vinyasa Flow approach with a play of directions and speed to keep the mind and body constantly surprised and active. Given my background, my classes naturally tend to have a more dance-like approach and I give a lot of importance to transitions between one posture to another. Any further information in relation to dance lessons, choreography and entertainment is best to contact me personally.
