In my experience I learned that what people truely want is feeling better and they associate this feeling with how many kilos they weight or how big their muscles are.
What if instead of working out for changing your body you start moving to enjoy movement?
What if I teach you how to enjoy movement? What if I teach you how our body is designed to move?
Of course, losing fat and improving muscle mass is important and you will still do that!! It's all about how energy systems work and the adaptive responses... boring stuff, and I will take care of that.

Having a professional dance background, has enabled me to have a strong and sensitive understanding of the body in terms of anatomy, alignment and movement execution. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and as a yoga instructor I aim to push students to their individual and maximum capabilities within a safe and coherent manner. Therefore, my classes will depend on the individual(s) and may vary from a Hatha class which is suitable for beginners to a more Vinyasa Flow approach with a play of directions and speed to keep the mind and body constantly surprised and active. Given my background, my classes naturally tend to have a more dance-like approach and I give a lot of importance to transitions between one posture to another.
